Returns & Exchanges

At Shy, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be issued once the inspection is complete.
